These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Live Society website at livesociety.co.uk and your participation in the Live Society creator network, operated by Live Society Management Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales ("Live Society", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or submitting an application to join our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Live Society

Live Society Management Ltd operates as an officially recognised TikTok LIVE Creator Network in the United Kingdom. We recruit, onboard, and support TikTok LIVE creators, providing them with tools, training, data insights, creator management, and access to campaigns and bonus programmes facilitated through TikTok.

2. Eligibility

To apply to join the Live Society creator network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Be resident in the United Kingdom or an eligible territory as determined by Live Society at its discretion
• Agree to comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Agree to these Terms in full

Live Society reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

3. Creator Network Membership

Membership of the Live Society creator network is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms and with TikTok's platform rules. Membership may be withdrawn at any time by Live Society if a creator:

• Violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Acts in a manner that is dishonest, abusive, or harmful to Live Society, its staff, or other creators in the network
• Provides false or misleading information in their application or during their membership
• Engages in any activity that could damage the reputation of Live Society or its relationship with TikTok

Creators may leave the network at any time by notifying their Creator Manager. There is no notice period required and no financial penalty for leaving.

4. Fees and Earnings

Live Society does not charge creators any joining fee, monthly fee, or commission on gift and diamond earnings received through TikTok LIVE. All TikTok gift and diamond income is paid directly to the creator by TikTok in accordance with TikTok's own payment terms.

Live Society is remunerated by TikTok for operating as an approved creator network. This arrangement does not reduce or affect the amounts paid to creators by TikTok.

Any brand partnership or sponsorship income introduced by Live Society will be subject to a separate written agreement between the relevant parties, the terms of which will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Live Society makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty as to the level of income any creator will earn by participating in the network. Earnings from TikTok LIVE vary significantly based on factors including streaming frequency, content quality, audience engagement, niche, and platform algorithm changes, all of which are outside Live Society's control.

Any income figures referenced on our website, including those relating to our Co-Founder's personal experience, represent individual documented results and are not typical outcomes. Past performance is not an indicator of future results.

6. Creator Obligations

As a creator in the Live Society network, you agree to:

• Comply at all times with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Stream consistently and in good faith to build and maintain your audience
• Engage honestly and professionally with your Creator Manager and with Live Society staff
• Notify Live Society promptly of any account issues, bans, or restrictions
• Not represent yourself as acting on behalf of Live Society without prior written permission
• Not simultaneously join another TikTok LIVE Creator Network without prior written agreement from Live Society

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Live Society website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Live Society Management Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

Your content remains your own. By submitting an application or communicating with us, you grant Live Society a limited, non-exclusive licence to reference your TikTok handle and publicly available content for the purposes of promoting our network, subject to your right to withdraw this permission at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Live Society Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the creator network or your use of our website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Live Society operates in conjunction with TikTok and may reference or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party platform, including TikTok. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or continued participation in the network following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active network creators of any material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
